How far in advance should I book the photo booth?

We recommend booking at least 10 days before your event. During peak season (summer and Christmas) or outside Madrid, we advise contacting us earlier to secure availability.

How much does it cost to hire a photo booth in Madrid?

Pricing is personalised based on the type of photo booth, duration and your event's specific requirements. Contact us via WhatsApp or the form and we'll reply with a detailed quote in under 3 hours.

Question 3

Can photos and videos be customised with our logo or branding?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer full customisation: logo overlays, personalised frames, themed backgrounds, background music and bespoke design for both the overlay and photowall.

Question 4

Is setup and breakdown included in the contracted hours?

Accepted Answer

No, setup and breakdown time does not eat into the contracted hours. Setup is included in the price and is carried out outside your booked hours — we arrive approximately 2 hours before the event starts.

Question 5

When will I receive the photos and videos in digital format?

Accepted Answer

During the event, guests can download their content instantly via QR code, email, SMS or AirDrop. After the event, you will receive a full HD gallery via WeTransfer within 24 hours.

Question 6

How is the booking confirmed and what is the payment process?

Accepted Answer

To confirm the booking, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required, which secures the date in our calendar. The remaining 50% is paid 24 hours before the event. We accept bank transfer and credit card.

Question 7

Can I cancel my booking and receive a refund?

Accepted Answer

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, if you need to cancel, we can offer the option to reschedule the event date (subject to availability) rather than forfeiting the deposit.

Question 8

Do you offer photo booth rental across Spain?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Although based in Madrid and Marbella, we provide service across the Iberian Peninsula. For events outside the Madrid region, there is an additional travel, accommodation and per diem cost.
